What services do you offer at Wildlife?
We provide personalized pet care visits including outdoor walks, playtime, feeding, medication administration, potty breaks, and cuddles—tailored to your pet’s needs. We also offer safe pet rides with seatbelt restraints for your pet’s protection.
How do I book a service?
Booking is easy and can be done anytime through our Time to Pet portal. Just select the service, choose a time, and confirm your booking. First-time clients can also schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet!
How and when do I pay for services?
Payment is due the day of service. Weekly service clients must pay by Monday to receive their full set of visits. Payments are processed via your stored credit/debit card in our Time to Pet portal. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, just let us know in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $15 fee. Payments are non-refundable once a service has started. Early termination of service will not be refunded unless agreed upon in advance.
Is my pet required to be vaccinated?
Yes. Your pet must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations unless your vet has issued a medical waiver. Pets with known zoonotic diseases should not receive services unless we’re informed in advance.
Who provides the pet supplies?
You are responsible for all necessary pet and household supplies including food, leash, medication, cleaning items, etc., during the service period.
Will my pet’s photos be shared online?
We may take photos or videos during visits for promotional purposes, but you can opt out anytime. We’ll always respect your privacy and keep you updated through the Time to Pet portal.
